Colour fundus photography shows multiple, bilateral serous retinal detachments. The discs are normal and there is no retinal vasculitis.

Case 54

A 36-year-old Caucasian male was referred with headache, orbital pain, vertigo and blurred vision.

Colour photographs demonstrate alteration of the foveal reflex with loss of transparency temporal to the maculae, more evident in the right eye.

Case 45

A 51-year-old male was referred with distortion and reduced vision in his right eye.

A localised elevation is present at the left macula. Multiple subtle dot like yellow precipitates are visible within the serous detachment.

Case 6

A 32-year-old man was referred with blurring of his left central vision.

There is a serous retinal detachment of right macula. A grey/green lesion is present deep to this.

A 32-year-old nurse was referred complaining of distorted central vision in her right eye.
